    Will I need to operate under the Cottage Food Law if I start a business where I get orders thru home parties that my. Friends and myself have? Is this allowed or not it is a face to face sale and the baked goods would be made to order. Thank you for your help.

    Yes, as long as the sales are face-to-face, and you are selling items that are on the list of allowed foods, you should be fine.
