    I want to sell homemade banana pudding and cake cups from home in Central Florida, am I allowed or not?

    Banana Pudding
    Ingredients: pudding, milk, fresh bananas, cookies (prepackaged) and whipped topping

    Cale Cups
    Ingredients: homemade cake, icing, fresh fruit in some and whipped topping

    Neither of those would be allowed because both require refrigeration. You need to use a commercial kitchen to produce these items: http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
