SharonI am wanting to start a catering business and I know I can not do that from my home kitchen. Is there any reason I can not have a mobile commercial kitchen that I can cook from and take to events? Where is the best place to find out the requirements on building a commercial kitchen? Thanks.
That should be possible… a food truck is essentially that. You need to talk to your health or ag dept (depending on your state) about the requirements for setting up that business.
