    Thank you. So is it safe to say I’m responsible for incr take and self employment tax?

    You are definitely responsible for self-employment tax, and I’m not sure what you’re referring to with “incr take”.

    Hi,
    Does placing baked goods for sale in a local coffee shop still count as direct to the consumer?

    No — direct means that you are personally interacting with the buyer when the sale happens. But there are also rules about what a food establishment can sell — I don’t think you can even setup a table in a coffee shop and sell there directly.

    Is selling cinnamon rolls and cookies with crumbled bacon inside allowed to sell? Also what about chocolate covers bacon ?

    Your products can’t have any type of meat in them.
