    I make non-dairy frozen dessert and ‘cheeses’ from nut/seed milks (not fermented). Can I use the cottage food law to produce my goods (no eggs, meat, etc.)?

    I don’t think either of those would be allowed, but you can check with your environmental health dept. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
