    I have graduated my local Community College Culinary Program and have obtained a food handlers certificate from my county. What do I need to complete in order to sell mini cupcakes to local groups and organizations in my area? Is there a max on how much i make and profit before having to become a Cottage Kitchen? I will be making sure my customers KNOW that my cupcakes are HOMEMADE in my own kitchen. I want to be completely legal before I start anything. Thanks!

    To make even $1 of profit, you need to follow the cottage food law described on this site. That will entail talking to the health dept, registering, submitting labels, etc.
