    I have a company that wants to resell my cookies therefore I would need a class B license, which requires an inspection.

    Do I have to own the property that I am baking out of?
    DO they schedule the inspection?
    What exactly are they inspecting?

    1. No, but you need the landlord’s permission.
    2. Yes
    3. Usually basic stuff, like cleanliness, proper hot water and fridge temps, plus making sure you know how to sanitize things. It will probably be easier than you’re expecting.
