    It’s really exasperating that we cannot ship our products… Once the non potentially harmful food list was established, why ban shipping ? It only forces an additional carbon footprint. Any movement in California to amend the CFO law in this regard and I will be all for it…

    Anyway, if I want to deliver to customers in one city area, but not drive house to house, am I legally able to park somewhere and let them come pick up orders that were purchased online ? I’m thinking public property vs. private property, though I think both would be available to me.

    I don’t understand it either.

    You’ll have to check with zoning laws before you can establish a pickup area, and you may have to get some kind of permit.
