    I know you have to collect and pay sales tax and report any income you make..
    I was just curious about social security tax….I know if you work for an employer they pay half and you pay half, but as self employed, how do you pay those taxes?

    Self-employment tax includes social security tax. That’s the tax you pay in your quarterly estimated tax payments as a business. If you earn under a certain amount, you don’t need to pay quarterly.
