Hi everyone, I’m getting ready to sell baked goods and confections under the Arkansas Food Freedom Act, mainly at farmers markets in Little Rock / North Little Rock.

I’d really appreciate any help with a simple checklist of what I should have in place before my first market.

Here are a few questions I have:

Whether I need a city business / privilege license

Whether I need a sales tax permit

What labeling is required

Anything farmers markets commonly require (permits, insurance, etc.)
