Hi there! I am a home baker located in Polk County Arkansas. I am looking to start a small bakery under the cottage law in my own home. To be honest, I am entirely over my head on the taxation situation. I’m having trouble finding anyone who knows exactly what I need to do with it being a home ran business under the cottage law.
