Selling homemade guacamole

Greetings,
I have been making guacamole from scratch using basic ingredients and I have always gotten great feedback from it at parties and business gatherings and it has always ran out before the end of them. My question is does guacamole fall into salsa as a prohibited product to sale? I know I have something here that I would love start marketing and selling, but where do I go and what do I do?
You cannot sell homemade guacamole. You need to use a commercial kitchen and get licensed with the health dept. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
