I was hoping to get more clarification on the topic around meats and cheeses for cottage law so I have a better understanding of it. It says “it can only be sold directly to the consumer” so if I intend to prepare charcuterie cups in my home then deliver them to an event or prep the meats and cheeses then take them and set up a stand at the Farmer’s market, am I allowed to do this in my home?

Yes you can do both. You just can’t have someone else sell or deliver them for you. So as long as you personally hand the product to the customer, and they don’t resell it, you’re good to go.
