Hi there,
Kristi has 30+ years of food business experience and has grown multiple types of businesses.
Unsurprisingly, her podcast episode is fantastic, and you will definitely want to listen to it!
But this week, I wanted to share why this episode is meaningful to me.
I've heard from many people that, although the podcast is great, the interviews are too one-sided.
And the first half of Kristi's interview was like that too. But at some point, it switched from being an interview to being more of a conversation.
This was especially true in my favorite part of the episode -- a 7-minute segment that starts around the 33-minute mark.
But I'm curious: what do you prefer?
On one hand, the "interview style" firmly puts the spotlight on the guest, and allows you to hear more from them.
On the other, the "conversation style" is more natural and let's you hear more from me.
As I mentioned in the episode, as an introvert, I'm typically inclined to step away from the spotlight when I can. But like any entrepreneur, I always want to improve and find what works best.
Reply to this email to let me know what method you want to hear more of.
But at the very least, listen to this great episode!
