On this day 5 years ago, I published the very first episode of The Forrager Podcast.
And now we're on
Episode 135!
Rachel is extremely well known in the cake pop world, and it's about time I had another cake pop business on the show!
Amazingly enough,
it's actually been over 3 years since I had a cake pop focused business on the show.*
I had thought that cake pops were a dying fad, but according to Rachel, they are actually making a comeback due to a new and easier method of making them.
Rachel's business is proof that cake pops are plenty popular. She
sells over 1,000 cake pops per week, has over 116,000 IG followers, and runs a popular online school for cake pop artists!
I think her story is especially compelling because
she started her business twice, years apart from each other, and actually found more success when cake pops were
less of a trend.

* I didn't even realize that it had been that long until Rachel essentially found me by mentioning Forrager in one of her reels. I certainly wasn't trying to avoid cake pop businesses -- they simply weren't coming across my desk.
