A few years later, I wanted it to be a comprehensive directory with advanced business listings.
A few years later, I wanted it to be an online cottage food community with active forums.
And
none of it worked like I hoped.
You know why? Because
Forrager isn't about what I want. It needs to be about what you want.That's why, a few years ago, I switched gears. I asked what
you wanted me to do next. And most people said they wanted me to start a podcast.
Starting a business is a humbling experience. It's not about you. It needs to be about your customers. Without customers, you have no business!
And that's why I loved my conversation with
