what's really crazy is that Melanie does a lot more than sourdough loaves. She sells dozens of items from her farm stand (which is now more like a mini-store), and probably
has sold more types of items than any other guest I've had.

And she produces everything herself with no employees, despite having health challenges (but her husband does help with the dishes).
She only started her farm stand 2 years ago from humble beginnings, and people are now coming from all over to see it.
Her business is exploding, and
it may very well be the best cottage food farm stand in the entire country!On the face of it, it seems like she must have either gotten lucky or was in the right place at the right time.
