Hi there,
My most recent
podcast guest, Eric Sorensen, lives life on his own terms.
He certainly
doesn't play by everyone else's rules. Rules like:1) "You need to consistently show up for your customers every week"
Eric often tells his customers "I'm going sailing... no bread for the next month!"
2) "If your business isn't growing, it's dying"
Eric doesn't want to grow his business, and it's doing just fine!3) "Running a profitable food business is a lot of work!"
Eric says "I want to keep this as simple as possible and basically do as little work as possible"
And the list goes on. Instead of standing at a farmers market booth each week, Eric
puts his bread out on his driveway and lets customers pay via the honor system so he can spend his day doing other things, like taking a nap!
By this point, you're probably thinking that Eric is a pretty lazy guy! :)
But by the end of this episode, you will realize that when he does something, he goes ALL IN.
And because of that, Eric has a
wealth of knowledge about making bread from home, and he shares tons of helpful tips and resources in this episode.
But even if you don't want to sell homemade bread, I think you'll still enjoy hearing how Eric
lives life to the fullest and makes an impact on his local community.
