There have been a lot of amazing cottage food stories showcased on my podcast over the years.

Jana has seemingly done it all, from cottage food, to building a commercial kitchen on her property, to food truck, to brick-and-mortar storefront.
Her story is
a roller coaster ride of failure and success, sustained by an immense amount of hard work, persistence, selflessness, and a willingness to try new things.
Most people would have given up long ago. But
