Annie's business definitely falls into that category.
Her mission is to recapture the nostalgia of Asian bakeries from her childhood, but with only vegan products.
Annie also has
one of the most (if not the most) eco-conscious businesses I've featured, and
has gotten some of the most press mentions of any business I've featured.
But my favorite part of this episode was when she talked about her rebrand and why she waited 3 years to do it.
Her willingness to move forward with something imperfect is perhaps the biggest reason why she has been so successful.
In this episode, Annie shares how she turned multiple passions of hers into
a very successful hyper-niched and eco-friendly bakery by starting small, scaling up, and completing a massive rebrand.
