And I love it!
When I saw that quote, it immediately struck me, because it
encapsulates what the podcast is all about.
Yes we do learn tips and tricks from cottage food entrepreneurs on the podcast. But really,
the podcast is about sharing stories.
And when we take the time to listen to other's stories,
we are doing much more than learning tips and tricks.
We are fostering our cottage food community.
We are learning that there are others just like us, that we are not alone. We celebrating a member of our community.
You've probably already gathered that Monique is a unique individual, and
this is a very unique episode!She has
moved her cottage food bakery across 3 states, essentially starting her business over each time.
But before all of that, she started a commercial cookie business and literally
purchased 10,000 custom printed cookie boxes before she had even sold one! And then a few months later, her cookie distributor shutdown their business.
An absolutely crazy story, for sure.There are lots of reasons to listen to her episode, and lots to learn from it!
