I finally got the Miracle twins to come on the podcast.*
I mean, technically, they were on a couple minutes of
Episode 50, but that barely counts.
And boy,
we had a lot to talk about! This interview lasted 2 hours 15 minutes, which I think is a record.**
So I
split it into two episodes. The
first episode just aired yesterday, and the second is airing next week.
And in case you're thinking "Wait, who exactly are these Miracle twins?", just
listen to the first three minutes of the episode where I recap much of what Heather & Corrie Miracle have accomplished with their wildly popular business, Sugar Cookie Marketing.
And if you're already a super fan of Heather & Corrie, you might think that there's nothing new here for you. But
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!And if you think this pair of episodes only applies to sugar cookie decorators, you are sorely mistaken!
Every time I interview an entrepreneur, basically I'm trying to answer this question: "What made them successful?"
And in Heather & Corrie's case, I was trying to answer: "
What made them SO successful?"
Hopefully I succeeded in answering that, to some degree. :)

* To be clear, the twins have always been willing to come on the podcast. But both of our schedules were so busy that we never really set a time to make it happen. And then a few months ago I basically said "Hey, Episode 75 is coming up. Let's do this!" So we got out our digital calendars, and here we are. :)
