Hi there,
It's quite
rare to find a true 6-figure home baker, and even rarer to find one like Alanna.
Almost always, when someone is doing $100k+ of sales in a year, they have employees, many wholesale accounts, and/or a huge following at local markets.
Alanna has none of those things. And a 6-figure cottage baker usually only hits that mark briefly before they decide to go commercial. In fact, most home bakers go commercial well before they hit $50k/year in sales.
But
Alanna has hit the 6-figure mark for most of the years she's been in business, and currently has no plans to move beyond her home.
Her story is fascinating and unique, so perhaps it's no surprise that some of her advice was unique too.
Most notably, she
spent much of the episode touting her CRM (customer relationship management tool).
CRMs are
extremely common in most business industries, but amazingly enough,
none of my podcast guests have ever recommended one. It's hard to believe that it's taken 149 episodes to have this term mentioned on this show!
Without question,
this episode is a must-listen!Listen to Episode 149: Alanna Ti'a with Sugar, Butter & Flour
Forraging ahead,
