Holly Pops

My name is Holly Castleman. I am the owner/operator of Holly Pops and I am operating from the County of Santa Clara since 2013. Over the years, baking has always been a passion of mine.  Cake pops started out as a hobby to make “Thank You” gifts for my husband’s clients as well as birthday gifts for family & friends.   Shortly after,  almost everybody was calling me back to make more pops for their special occasions and holidays.    As I became more and more busy with these orders,  I came to the realization that I can turn this hobby into a creative business venture.   I am happy to announce that the City of Campbell has confirmed I was the first person to receive a business license in the category for Baked Goods from a Home Kitchen in which led me into being a classified Cottage Food Operator.   As a Cottage Food Operation based business, I offer a variety of soft baked cake pops. Cake pops make great gifts for all occasions. I will customize to what fits your gifting needs in a nice cake pop bouquet or in a nice decorative box. I make local deliveries only. My cake pops are not traditional rolled cake pops covered or mixed in frosting like you would typically find in stores and offer a popular cake pop flavor menu.  I use premium chocolates and decorations.   I will customize your order to what fits your gifting needs in a colorful bouquet arrangement or in a nice decorative box.
