Would allow all non-perishable products.

Would allow pickled products to be sold from home and delivered directly to the customer.

Would impose a $40k/year sales limit.

Would ban some sales venues for baked goods, including sales at roadside stands, individual popup sales, and in-state shipping of online sales.

Would require business liability insurance.

Would require producers selling over $10k/year to take a food safety training course.

Would require producers selling under $10k/year to add a disclosure sign to sales locations.
