Hi everyone! Im So new to the business game. I’d like to know first, can I sell fudge and butter at our farmers market in Benton, LA and second, what official documents do I need? Thank you.
You should be able to sell fudge, but I don’t think you can sell butter. I know that you need to get a sales tax certificate, but beyond that, you’ll need to speak with your parish about what it takes to start a business. http://forrager.com/faq/#starting
