    I am a newbie, and have a question. We want to start a baked goods small business from our future home. Regarding the cottage laws, if we only wanted to sell in Arizona from our town in Arizona, can we go online to advertise/ship, so long as the shipping is only in Arizona?

      Yes, AZ allows shipping within the state.
