I have a question – I would like to bake cookies in my home and sell them in local shops in Chicago. I know the laws are changing January 1, 2016 but I’m not sure what type of food license I need? Can someone advise? Thanks!
Although the laws are changing, you still won’t be able to place your homemade goods in a shop. You need to use a commercial kitchen and get the appropriate license. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
