We are raising money 100% for a non-profit organization & my local farmers market has allowed us to sell our cupcakes at the market. They are baked in one kitchen, and they are all boxed mixes and icing being used that was donated. Do we need to be concerned with any issues. I have read online that as long as they were for a charity 100% we would be fine…to sell them.
You should be okay, as long as the farmers market is okay with it.
