      Very true! Since I do not plan on taking out a loan on this business and do not have the time to pour my life into it, I’m focused on making the first 15 sales. Slow and steady. I’m not a control freak, but as a one-woman show, I am R and D, Packaging, Accounting, Marketing and the Test Kitchen all in one! Luckily, in California we do have a high sales limit, which is nice.
