Good morning, I am in the process of getting my home occupation license in Roseville. I’ve paid for the Roseville business application, got my proof of publication for my business name, I have my kitchen floor plan and sellers permit from BOE and am scheduled to take the next Food Safety Certification Class. Can I sell at vending events now or do I have to wait?
Have you received your permit from your environmental health dept yet? If so, then you can start selling now. After you start your business, you have a 3-month window to get training. However, online training is much simpler and could happen today… unless you’d rather take a class in-person.
I wasn’t aware of the online training and I already purchashed the class for $90. bucks….darn. (i’ma checka nd see if I can get a refund.)
