    Hello All … I am having a bit of trouble finding information on whether or not I can use alcohol (bourbon) in my caramel candy recipe. I have a recipe that calls for 1/4 cup of bourbon and it makes around 80 pieces of candy. The alcohol gets cooked for a long while, so I am not even sure it is classified as alcohol anymore, but still I am curious. Any help appreciated.
