I have a question…I make cookies…and say I’m in a farmer’s market and I get a customer that would like to come back the following week and purchase 2 dozen cookies. Can I do that? Can I have 2 dozen cookies there for that customer the following week at the farmer’s market?

  I don’t think that’s the intention of the law, but I think you can get away with it.
