    can I sell herbal products on etsy, an on line crafts market? I see on the laws page an “x” by internet sales. Does this mean its not legal in TX to sell on etsy or other on line markets? I am considering making herbal seasonings, using some herbs I grow organically in my home garden.

    That’s correct — no homemade food may be sold on Etsy or anywhere else online.
