    I’m interested in making kombucha in Taos, is this something I am permitted to make in my own home or is a commercial kitchen space needed? Thank you!

    I’m pretty sure kombucha isn’t allowed, but you should check with your environmental health dept to make sure. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial

    I see this “mother” offered free periodically on craigslist. It must be popular but I’ve never tried .
