    Hi,
I am sorry if this question has already been asked, but I have yet to find the answer. I know all about CFOs from the perspective of my being tax exempt from the ingredients I buy, but I am confused on whether I charge customers both state and local (parish) sales tax. I assume I do, but just want to make sure.

    Help! And, thanks in advance…

I’m not sure either, but I’ve heard that you need to charge at least parish taxes, possibly state too. Have you called the Department of Revenue? http://forrager.com/faq/#sales-tax

    Hello,

Yes, you charge state taxes. The sales tax office for the parish taxes let me know that.
