    The regular cottage food law, which only allows sales at farmers markets, probably is allowed in Cook County. The law for home kitchen operations, which allows sales from home, probably isn’t. I don’t know for sure, and you will need to call their health dept.

    Hello. Do you have any update on whether the Home Kitchen Operation is permitted in Cook County? I don’t have any luck calling government officials.

    Hi there, I am too looking for information of home kitchen laws in Cook County. I have had zero luck. I have made numerous calls and left messages, no one has yet to respond. Will keep an eye on the board here and will share any information I get.
