    I make a variety of flavor/spiced pickled vegetables at home and preserve in jars. (peppers, onions, carrots etc.)
    Does this fall into cottage industry law or do I need other permits…and can I sell to local markets?

    That does not fall under the cottage food law and you will need to use a commercial kitchen to produce your items. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
