I have many questions and I’m living in Florida.
    1. If I’m going to sale cakes, baked goods, hot meals, and frozen packaged foods from my house do I need a Licence for it???.
    2. If I need the Licence, who or what department can give me and what document do I need????
    3. Where do I need to go or who call to
    thanks.

    1. Si voy a vender desde mi casa biscochos, entremeses en bandejas, comidas calientes o comida empacada para mantener en el frezer, necesito una licencia???

    2. Si necesito la licencia, a quien o que departamento me la da y que informacion o documentos necesito llevar???

    3. A donde hay q ir o a quien llamar.

    gracias!!

Certain non-perishable foods, like some cakes and baked goods, can be produced and sold from your home. You don’t need a license from the ag dept, but there may be other requirements: http://forrager.com/faq/#starting

To sell hot meals or frozen packaged foods, you need to use a commercial kitchen, and you should contact the health dept. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
