    Question – I want to start a pie business wherein I sell fresh, homemade pies at farmers markets and local festivals. Additionally, I would have a Facebook page that would allow people to place orders through the FB page and I would deliver their pies. What kind of license do I need for this? From everything I’ve seen it sounds like this is beyond the Cottage Food Laws.

    Yes, it is beyond the cottage food law, so there is no way to do that kind of business from home. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
