    Hey David,

Firstly I want to say thank you so much for answering all our questions. This website has been very helpful in the start up of my new business.

My question is about my display setup at the farmers market. I was wondering if it would be okay to display my cookies in large glass jars with air tight lids. Then once a guest purchases a cookie I would grab it with tongs or gloves and put it in a paper bag and seal it with a pre-printed label specifically for that product including the ingredients and other “cottage foods” label requirements.

    Would this be okay?

Many states would allow this, but in Florida, you can only handle and package your items in your home kitchen.
