If I use a restaurant kitchen which has been certified by the Health Department and I do have a certificate to sell container product in my store (Agriculture Department), do I have to get another certificate (from someone) to bottle in this kitchen?

Sorry, forgot to say I am now bottling based on the Cottage Law in Florida, but only selling at a Farmer’s Market…which I wish to continue using the kitchen.

You can only use your own home kitchen for your cottage food business. If you wish to use a commercial kitchen then you’ll need a commercial license.
