    I am in shock about Miami-Dade County not being able to operate as a Cottage Food. I am in Broward county so I’m wondering if it’s allowed in my county. I’ve read through the posts and didn’t see any pertaining to this. Just curious if anyone knows anything on my county. And thank you so much for this site! It is very helpful!

    Jennifer, I think you’d just be best to call your health department. Miami-Dade is an exception… most counties are allowing CFOs. I’ve already talked with someone who is interested in amended the law next year… clearly Florida needs it!
