A small coffee shop in my neighborhood has asked me to bake some of my baked goods for them. They would serve my cakes with their coffee. Right now they do not serve food because of health food regulations.
I live in El Paso County, COLORADO.
Would baking a small quantity of baked goods for the coffee shop be allowed under the Cottage Foods Acts OR would I have to rent a commercial kitchen?

You would not be able to use the cottage food law. You would have to get a commercial license and rent a commercial kitchen.
