    syrups

    I’ve read about syrups on different websites. Is sorghum and honey the only base that can be used for syrups?

    It depends on what your county allows. Some counties will allow a variety of sweet fruit syrups, while others will only allow what is on the approved list.

    I live in los angeles, do you know what the guidelines are for syrup production in my area?

    Sorry, I don’t know about LA. You just need to call the env health dept and ask them.
