    It looks like you can sell tea online but must deliver in person, yet there seems to be so many tea sellers online, how can that be? I’d like to sell small quantities of tea in a gift basket mainly online. I’m based in California

    Either the tea sellers are producing their tea in a commercial kitchen, or they are operating illegally. http://forrager.com/faq/#commercial
