    Hello David,

I’m using cashews, almonds, sesame seeds, pshyllium husk, and sometimes agar and water to make vegan cheese that doesn’t need to be refrigerated.
Can I sell them under Cottage Food Law?

    Thank you for your answer.

Probably not, but it entirely depends on your state’s law and what the health/ag dept will allow.
