Vanessa LarsonI would like to start a mail-order business. I will be shipping non-perishable raw ingredients such as rice, spices, pasta, etc. However, I will need to do some repackaging at home to send them in smaller portions. Does anyone know what regulations apply? Or where I can find more information?
